Luzanne Otte spent nearly five years as the chief legal officer at Barrister Executive Suites in Los Angeles. Her responsibilities in this position involved overseeing all contract activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Luzanne Otte assumed the role of director of public health mandates, a position that involved navigating conflicting directives delivered by different government agencies.
Before her time at Barrister Executive Suites, Luzanne Otte spent a decade as a project manager in the office of general counsel with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Her achievements in this role involved leading the C3 Pilot Program and launching one-to-one programs at several underserved schools and parishes. Between 2004 and 2007, she worked as a surgical circulator at the St. John Surgery Center in Santa Monica.
Luzanne Otte graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in political science. She later graduated from Harvard University with distinction in biomedicine and theological studies. She received her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
